    Ever since I started using some MusclePharm products, I have noticed I have recovered faster (definitely don’t ache as much), and have more mmmphh before WODs.

    I started using Re-Con at first. Then as I noticed a difference added on Amino-1 and Assault.

    Not sure if its all in my head, whatever the case may be, I am doing better at WODs and feeling good.
